Orders, shipping and returns

How your piece is made

Nothing in the shop is made in advance. When you order, your piece is printed or embroidered for you by our production partner, Printful, at one of its own facilities, usually within 2 to 7 business days. It then ships directly to you. We never hold stock, so nothing is made that no one asked for.

Shipping

Shipping within the United States is complimentary, and an order arrives in 5 to 12 business days from the day you place it. We also ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates and Israel, for a flat $20, in 8 to 25 business days. You will receive tracking by email the day your order ships.

Duties and import taxes are set by the country you ship to. Where they apply, the carrier collects them on delivery, and they are not included in our prices.

Changing or cancelling an order

Production begins shortly after you order. If you need to change an address, a size or a colour, reply to your confirmation email as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order until it goes into production, and not after.

Returns

Because every piece is made for one person, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a different size. The size guide on each product page gives the garment’s measurements laid flat, and we are glad to help you choose before you order.

If something is wrong

If your piece arrives damaged or misprinted, or is not the item you ordered, write to support@thesacredact.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer. If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us and we will replace it.

Your details

Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card. Your name, shipping address, email and phone number are shared with Printful only to make and deliver your order, and with the carrier that delivers it.
